Established in 2022 Meaningful store we want to bring products originating from nature, materials from heaven and earth. By bringing natural soap products and toiletries made of wood, bamboo, we want to convey the message "Please protect the environment"
My slogan "Stay Beauty - Live Meaningful". We want to contribute to nurturing and preserving the beauty of women while directing them to a beauty of Truthfulness - Compassion - America. But still do not forget the mission of protecting the environment, making life meaningful.
Return policy
1. For undelivered goods:
Customers can call sales staff who are working with them, to negotiate to switch to another product.
The business will re-quote for you to sign for confirmation and then ship the goods.
2. For delivered goods:
+ With defective products: When delivering the goods, you can check if the goods are the ones you ordered or not, according to your requirements.
If the item is inspected to be defective on the supplier's side, you may request an exchange, and all shipping costs will be borne by the supplier.
If the product is defective by the customer, the supplier is not responsible for the exchange.
If you want to exchange goods, there will be an additional cost. This cost depends on the product and the agreement between customers and sales staff.
+ For products that are not defective: When the customer has delivered the goods, but the customer does not like the product, wants to change another product. The customer must comply with the following provisions:
- Goods are still closed, in original condition.
- All costs incurred such as: shipping fees ... the customer must bear.
